Today, various options for sensor data and digital data logging offer an easy way to collect huge amounts of data from product/service users and their environment. But what data is worth collecting? How should data be visualized so that they are clear and understandable? And what kinds of design or strategic decisions can we really make based on collected (user) data? Welcome to join the discussion when experts from industry share their views and experiences from gathering, visualizing and leading with data!
